Our integrated approach aligns strategy with operations by identifying the maturity by which the organisation deploys management and control processes. By agreeing the maturity and the development cycles, a successful implementation and internal acceptance are assured.
Profile: Organisational Maturity
Periodic reassessment of the maturity level allows the implementation team to re-asses the management environment, and to adjust the deployment of Value Management accordingly. Throughout the Value Management deployment phases the emphasis is on transferring knowledge and ability to the internal team members. We therefore prefer optimum internal staffing of the project.
