Kobus Hertzog
Senior Partner
Kobus has consulted internationally to organisations across the industry and size spectrum in the areas of Corporate Strategy, Corporate Performance Management and Improvement, Value Activation, and Business Performance Accounting.
Kobus served as partner and senior executive level with international consultancies including Deloitte Consulting and Plaut. His responsibilities included the development of innovative performance management solutions and client and practise development.
Other than a keen interest in the latest developments in management as a Fellow of Kingston Business School (UK), and being a qualified member of two wine institutes, he enjoys cycling, tennis, scuba diving and all things outdoors.
Roy O'Brien
Partner
Roy is a Chartered Director with over 14 years experience in delivering Pan-European staffing recruitment solutions. Passionate about his work, Roy is proud of his performance and results as Business Development Director for a successful international recruitment business over 10 years.
Seeking new challenges, Roy moved on to deliver Business Growth Consultancy services focusing on performance coaching, measurement and optimising human capital. Simultaneously, in furthering his interest in recruitment, he founded and is developing Proxime.
After his family, his hobbies include skiing and paragliding.
Rob Williams
Partner
Rob is an engineering graduate from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and also holds an MBA from the University of Surrey, where he conducted research into company performance in relation to the role of non-executive directors.
Rob has over 12 years experience consulting on topics ranging from business unit performance to functional excellence where his work focuses on the human element of business performance.
Rob is married with two children and enjoys triathlon.
